Project Manager and Co-Founder
Joshua Pearson is a third generation builder with close ties to the DFW housing market. Growing up in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas he had hands-on experience at a young age, consulting and erecting houses in Lakewood, Lower Greenville, Park Cities and Preston Hollow. At age 23 he officially entered the family business as a sales consultant for his mother’s home building company in McKinney, Texas. There he met his wife and started a family with two children.
As a sales consultant he studied the needs and wishes of buyers in a unique and prestigious housing market. From 2000-2004 he sold, constructed and managed a 239 townhome project in Frisco, Texas. From 2005-2010 he planned and developed two additional townhome sub-divisions in McKinney and Fairview, Texas where he managed sales and construction on 266 Townhomes and 39 Patio homes in that historic 5-year span in the DFW housing market. In 2010 he branded a new custom home building company where he and his staff designed and built 19 custom homes ranging in cost from $340,000 – $840,000 in Anna, Melissa, McKinney, Fairview and Allen, Texas.
Josh co-founded Style Custom Homes in 2014 where he and the development partner managed the purchase of multiple existing homes to be demolished and re-constructed with new custom homes ranging from $600,000 – $1,500,000. Josh built a model home at 537 Oak Grove, currently offered at $720,000 and has option contracts to build two additional custom homes on Oak Grove in the summer of 2017.
Development Partner, Business Consultant and Co-Founder
Bobby Rollings began his real estate career in the DFW area in 1972 after graduating from SMU. He started in the Land Division of Folsom Investments, Inc., one of the area’s largest developers, and was promoted through that division and eventually selected to head the newly formed condominium development division in 1978. Bobby was responsible for the organization and management of this division, as well as overseeing all construction and marketing.
Bobby Rollings is a Graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BBA – Major in Finance, Minor in Management. He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1974, State of Texas License #018204

Bobby started his own company in 1983 and since then has been involved with mostly single family development and single family construction, along with some multifamily and commercial development. Bobby was responsible for the formation of this new company and the hiring of all key personnel. The company has completed over $35,000,000 in lot development, lot sales and single family construction.
